Hmmm, I'm looking at this now. 28% to 9% body fat, took her one year... not sure I really want to get to 9% because I'm thinking of having a baby in the next two years. I've read that to conceive you can't be too low in body fat... but she does look good. And I love her emphasis on strength training vs. incessant silly cardio... yay!0
