I usually have to wear three bras when I run because I'm naturally top heavy (and lucky for me, I didn't lose anything even after 13 pounds :drinker: ), but after a LOT of searching, I finally found a bra that keeps everything from moving....It's called the Last Resort Bra and can be found at titlenine@e.titlenine.com

I had almost given up hope and the three bras have left permanent scars on my body because of the constant rubbing. I hope this helps!

Title nine has a lot of great stuff. It is worth the money. Have you ever tried using glide to help with the rubbing??

Thank you for that! I was just thinking about that after my workout yesterday doing jumping jacks. Felt like I might get a black eye! I need to look into that!:flowerforyou:

    I have this issue!
I only wear 2 but could probably use 3!!!

I don't usually lose chest weight and RIB weight is the last to go... so I end up with a "muffin" top where my bra is! :noway:

I have to wear two as well and even then try to avoid jump rope, jumping jacks and jogging. It just plain hurts. I have been wondering if there was any kind of solution out there because all the ones I try at the store just don't cut it. Makes me want to go for the duct tape. Duct tape is a solution for all according to the boys. But can you imagine pulling it off when you are done!!!!!

I have a question since I do the same thing. i wear a normal full coverage bra then my sports bra. But my question is cause I hate no padding bras. Do these have some kinda padding or is it a thin cloth?
SOrry im talking about the Nip area
I hate when i wear a bra or sports bra that doesnt have a little thicker lineing in that area.

Thank you for sharing...unfortunately, never have and never will have that problem. I think the 2 lb I lost were in that area anyway, not that I had anything to lose     No wonder my husband is scared of me losing weight...
  • Oooh, that bra looks SERIOUS! Thanks for the info.

 The thickness covers the nipples and you cannot see a thing....It's not really padded per se, it's just thicker...and boy, my sweater puppies do not move an inch...:blushing: Oh - and no muffin top either.

Thanks for the info I will have to tell my daughter. She plays soccer and wears 3 bra's during workouts and games. I don't have as much of a problem but still need better support than the cheap bras that are at some stores.....

Body Glide is used on your body anywhere you might have clothing rubbing on skin, or skin rubbing on skin. It looks like deoderant stick and you just put it where you need it. Would work where bra straps rub, or inner thighs rub together, even on feet and many, many more places. Runners use it a lot.

I wear 2 as well I could use 3- Or I wear a regular bra then sports bra on top. I hate sports bras they always give me the 1 boob look it drives me crazy.

My friend found a great sports bra I just sent her a text to tell me the name of it and where she got it from.

I think all the ones they sell in the stores aren't meant for big breasted woman--

I lost 30lbs prior to coming to MFP I didn't lose any either except in my waist area so my DD's just look bigger lol--
