Yogurt covered raisins and other "yogurt" coatings

just tastes like sugar, is it yogurt, is there any nutriotional value to "yogurt" products

    Nope--- it's not actually yogurt. It's typically HFCS, partially hydrogenated oils (trans fats), and other sugars. Shame because it does taste good! I know some people dip strawberries or raisins in plain non fat yogurt mixed with stevia, and then freeze them, for a similar result.

    great idea, unfortanutely i like these products in cereal but thatss a neat idea on another note, I do dip my fruit in real yogurt as a dip
