weight gain over christmas or all in my head?

hey guys hope u all had a wicked christmas and a good new year! so heres the deal..........i've thrown myself off my healthy eating for a couple of weeks i indulged over xmas and have had a few takeaways aswell.........bk on track now tho! i keep looking in the mirror and seeing fat again my clothes still fit me fine is it in my head? could i have gained so much weight that its noticeable in a couple of weeks i won't weigh myself yet because of all the sodium i have had so i'll weigh myself in a week or so any advice would be appreciated :)
