Sprained foot

Hi All,
So my normal calorie burning exercise is running and/or Turbo Jams. Both require heavy use of the feet....and I am lucky enough to have a sprained peroneal tendon in my left foot (likely from running) and I can't put weight on it!! I have a post op shoe I am supposed to wear to keep my foot flat and motionless. With this going on for the next few weeks I do not know how to exercise. I do like food and wine so I always used exercise to stay under my goal...and this past week since this happened I haven't been able to stay under goal!
I am sure I could cut something out to help...but I need to move too! Any thoughts on how to burn calories on one foot???
