PMSing and wanting to constantly eat!

Ugh...feeling like a failure today. I am starving and when i eat a meal i still feel like im starving. I am in the PMSing week so i am gonna blame it on that i guess but i just feel like crap by going over my calories today seems hoiw I already did terrible during the holidays *sigh* just really want to lose weight and get out of just the 15 lbs lost range.

    I have just started and I dread wen I pms because I love to eat and crave things. Its just one day. Maybe tomorrow you work out a little harder. Don't beat yourself up

    I just went through this...you gotta dig deep, have one treat and then just stop. Drink water...chew gum..read a book... anything.

    I'm PMSing too but don't worry about what you ate today because your weight is off as it is with the retaining water. For some reason when I'm on my period I can eat whatever I want- I could have like 2500 calories a day on my period and as soon as I'm off my period I will lose like 4-5 lbs. Its very strange. And of course you will feel crappy about what you ate but the pmsing also puts us all in the crappy feeling mode lol Hope you feel better soon and dont let it get you down :) Tomorrow is another day :)
