I've been a member of MFP for a month or so but my weight loss efforts have been up and down due to the holiday season. Now that it's the new year I'm ready to go hard core and really focus on reaching my goals. I've lost 55 lb already and I'm aiming to lose another 30 lb by June this year so I can be buff for the beach. I also want to drop by body fat percentage from my current level of 25% to around 15% (last year I was 36%).
I'm looking for more friends for some added motivation and advice, so friend me if you like and join me.

I joined in August. Have dropped about 9 lbs.
Need to drop between 28 and 36 more.
28 is where I would like to get to by may. 36 is my "Recommended weight".
Like you I want to get down to 15% bf.
I started at 31.2% currently fluctuating between 29.9 and 28.1.
So I am down some. I'm heading out on holiday in May and want to be starting to show a 6-pack by then. If I can.
Going to be hard work but I am going to give it a shot.0 -

Just joined MFP today,,,thought I was doing a great job with my meal choices, put in my breakfast and lunch now I can have a total of 215 calories the rest of the day, including exercise points!! Wow I need to rethink my food choices.
I joined because I have a thyroid problem and gained a lot of weight before they found it, I have lost 18 of it but have another 35 to go. I need all the help and support I can get.
