Anyone had a Colonic? is it beneficial?

So, I'm seriously thinking about getting one of these, but would like to hear of others experience with them?

Did you find it helpful? What was the benefit? Would you do it again?

I'm just thinking about it, but would like to get some feedback first. Any info would be great!
