well... i recently lost 6 lbs, ya me lol but i gained it back
someone told me that it is probably muscle weight since i have been doing a lot of work out dvds and my muscles ARE hurting, just trying to get opinions cuz its kind of a downer

Don't worry TOO much about the number on the scale. Look in the mirror, what do you think?
Numbers on a scale don't matter... It's what you see in the mirror and how you feel in clothes that matters MOST. We are here to feel good and confident about ourselves. ;D Everybody is different but we are all here to be happy, so do what makes you happiest.0 -
