Weekly Goals

I know for me, long-term goals seem so hard to achieve and so "far away" that I get frustrated. I'm going to make a goal that I can achieve/change weekly to keep myself on track and make this journey exciting. It can be anything from losing x amount of lbs, drinking x amount of water daily, burning x amount of calories daily or something non-weight related such as career or life accomplishments. It's all about having a positive outlook right? I'll start by posting my goal for this week and then follow up next Monday evening. I can't wait to see everyone's short-term goals!!
Week 1, January 2nd - my goal is not to eat out at all.. pack lunches and homemade dinners

Yours are good ladies!
Lets see for me I want to drink at least 64 oz of water a day ... sometimes at work I lose track of the time and forget to hydrate.0 -
I'm going to create a group for this, I think it'll be easier.
I'll invite you both!0 -

This might be TMI, but I am going to eat an Activia each day this week, and try to eat more whole grains since they are full of fiber.0
