I'm not so much on this site to lose weight (although I want to drop a few pounds) but to keep myself honest with the quality and quantity of food I'm consuming. After a long absence from being an endurance athlete, I've back to the point where I want to start pushing myself again, to reclaim a part of myself that I had allowed to go dormant. No point in looking at the past and moaning about what might have been or what happened, just the now and moving forward.
