I'd weigh more in 5 weeks, even though I have a deficit. WTH? Someone please explain this to me.

  • Have you been updating your weight on mfp whenever you weight yourself? Because it just subtracts from whatever you last said you weighed.

    Also, this one is obvious, but double check that your settings haven't been changed to gain weight somehow....
  • Do you happen to be on an iPad? The new iPad app doesn't like to recognize my exercise. Last night I had to add it on my PC. It says it is recorded, but it doesn't seem to REALLY record it.

    I am not an Ipad and I am not checked to gain weight. This really bothers me though. However, the net calories consumed in my settings is consistent with other caloric intake advice I calculated.
    I should be on the way to losing weight.
