Around the end of October, I acquired a really bad sinus infection (I've been diagnosed with severe chronic non-allergic sinusitis) and my left chain of cervical lymph nodes became palpable (nothing on the right side). Not painful, warm to the touch, nothing. The lymph nodes are still there. Ive been to my doctor twice and he doesn't seem concerned. All bloodwork has came back normal (including lymphocyte count). He said that it can take up to 16 weeks for nodes to even start to go down after an infection, and that if all is completely well (no lingering infection).

They haven't gotten bigger, and they're still not painful. Also, no other lymph nodes are palpable. Has anyone had this happen to them?

ETA: The nodes are rather small, around pea size.

    Second opinion?
In highschool I had a lymphnode that was swollen for about a year after I had mono.
Of course that didnt stop me from making out with strangers at keggers! Can't get mono twice baby.
