Hi, I'm new to this, have been trying to keep up with eating right and working out but, with the Holidays hitting it was hard. I'm a stay at home Mom with two kids so still trying to lose that "baby fat". What are some good tips on losing weight that some of you all have learned, I would love to hear what you all do to lose weight & tips on eating right and fighting your cravings...
