I started eating better and walking last Tuesday 2.24.09 and i looked at the scale today and it said i was down 4 lbs... can that be right??? I haven't measured myself yet and dont know if i am going to. I cut out soda, completely, from my diet and have been doing great with the water intake. I didn't walk on saturday or sunday and drank on saturday night at the casino. I am packing snacks when i go to work as a waitress so i don't get tempted and i get up earlier now and find myself more awake throughout the day. I only walk 20 minutes a day and do 30 sit-up and 30 push ups a day as well... any advice???? I am going out to olive garden tonight with one of my girlfriends and plan to eat whole-wheat linguine with meat sauce and maybe 2 glasses of wine. wish me luck!!!

ps we got 8 inches of snow and i couldn't go out and walk so i drove to my parents house and jumped on their treadmill and elliptical.0
