Treadmill

So I have fallen a few times running outside, and I don't have a gym membership, and I was thinking of getting a treadmill (mom's suggestion as she said she would pay half).

Now what would someone suggest I look at?

I run 6-8mph typically, and my mom is larger and walks. SO I kinda need something for everything.
I also don't really feel like spending thousands.

It does not have the interenet route option so we did not need to connect it to the internet. I really did not want to deal with my treadmill have network issues. Its has on board programs and works great! And we got it on sale too.
