Detox wraps?

Has anyone tried those detox wraps? i've been seeing alot of pictures and it looks way to good to be true.. I had my 3rd baby almost a year ago and i've lost 30 lbs, but i still have alot of loose skin from the pregnancy and was wondering if it would help!
