Which is more accurate? I did 15 mins on stationary bike and it said my calorie burn was 68. I feel like it was moderate effort rather than light effort, and according to this site, 15 mins light effort is 102cals...
Which one should I be using. The bike only asked for my age, no other stats.

If you want a truly accurate rate of calorie burn, invest in a heart rate monitor. Depending on the activity, MFP tends to be a tad on the generous side when it comes to calorie burn.
Which you actually go with, is up to you. I'd err on the side of caution and go with the lower rate recorded by your bike.0 -
I'd rather be carefull and go with what the bike said. I think a lot of the exercise cals on Mfp are exagerated. And I've heard the same complaint over and over again here. You can log it as Mfp has it, but dont eat to the mfp cals burned, stick with the bike estamate
And as said above, If you want a truly accurate rate of calorie burn, invest in a heart rate monitor0 -
Stick with the bike..
If you want to use MFP, take at least 10% off...0
