Carbs - how much.....

Any advise on what % of daily intake should be carbs? I think I'm eating too many

  • I tend to stick to under 21 carbs a day, don't know what percentage that is.

    Have you ever consulted with your physician or registered dietician to calculate what is right for you?

    Carbs ==== the great debate! Some love em, some hate em. Me, I try to keep them on the low side. I find that the more carbs I eat, the more I want. Not a good thing for me. In fact, I do believe that I am what is called a 'carb addict'. Therefore, I am very careful in not only how many carbs I eat, but also when I eat them.

    You really just need to listen to your body and figure out what is best for you.
  • Under 30 grammes a day is healthy and still puts you in ketosis for fat burning, without too much depression :smile:
