1 time a month works great for me
I don't concern myself on the scale as it can get obsessive but I know many that do it daily, 20 times a day :noway: , or weekly on here.
10 days sounds like a nice in-between amount:flowerforyou:
Also keep in mind the tape measure when you first start out and you can do that each month or so...
Welcome to the Site:bigsmile:

I weigh weekly in the morning at the gym on the same scale.0
-
I do weekly on sundays0
-
Weekly on Friday's but only because I am on a team here.
Other wise I'd only weigh in once every 2 weeks..0 -
weekly, first thing in the morning after using the bathroom, and nakie
for the sake of your sanity, i would do it as least often as possible0 -
once a week on friday at the gym.
I like the consistency, but I always allow two undesirable weigh-ins (at least) before changing anything to my routine.0 -
sundays as well0

Daily. I'm an addict & I don't recommend it! You'll make yourself nutty. The general feeling is that weekly (on the same day every week) is a good idea.0

I became frustrated then angry then resigned with the whole concept of what the number on the scale would be when I stepped on the scale.
Now, I only go by how I feel and how I look. If you are being straitforward with what you are putting in your body and getting exercise, the number on the scale becomes meaningless (at least to me)
I get au natural and stand in front of the mirror and when I see what I see, I know that I must continue eating well and working out...
the number on the scale does not account for muscle mass or fat deposits or frame size or water retention, etc.
You will see thread after thread about weight fluctuations...WHY CANT I LOSE? and I AM DOING EVERTHING RIGHT AND I GAINED A POUND! your body is an amazing machine and will fluctuate as much as 8 pounds in 24 hours.....let it...eat well,,,work out hard...focus on how you feel and look...
or weigh once a week...LOL0 -
