Did so well last year lost almost 50lb, but sure doesn’t take long to undo some of that hard work. Back to eating healthy, and back to the gym for me. My goal is to lose 15lb of fat but also to build muscle.
Looking for friends and support.

    Easy to slack off, isn't it. I managed to but on 8kg since my lowest last year, and have slacked off completely over December. Going to go for .5kg (1.1lb) a week to get myself in shape for my big challenge for the year in May (A sub 28hr 600km bike ride). Happy to add.
