Bread and Calories.

Hi, does anyone know how many calories are in a 7 inch by 3.5 inch slice of white crusty bread which is 1.5 inches thick.

All depends on who made it, but my best approximation would be about 90 calories.

Thanks, Ive just bought some soup and a slice of crusty bread for my lunch, and as I cant weigh it, I have no idea what the calorie content is for my food diary.
