What would you all say are the best, filling snacks?

I often reach for:
100 Cal Bag of Popcorn
Almonds
Carrots & Celery..

Thanks!

  • Vitatops are the best! 100 calories of sweet indulgence, plus a small glass of skim milk - you'll feel like you've cheated!!!

    Small pot of yoghurt
Apple - the crunch somehow seems to satisfy me more than soft fruits
    A few pecan nuts
Cheese and Oatcakes - about 15-20g of the former, and 2-3 of the latter.

weight watchers smoked string cheese, 50 cal/stick. great if you love cheese but can't bear the high calories
raw baby corrots, celery and cucumbers are also awesome. can eat a whole bowl for not many calories, good munching food imo!
