This is a crock pot recipe, BUT I make it in the oven. I'm not a huge fish person and I LOVE this! I use parmesean cheese.

I pop them under the broiler after the are done cooking to "crisp". My boyfriend usually wants a little bit of breadcrumbs on his, so I add that to some of the packets as well.0 -

On our last visit to Cuba, we had some fabulous tilapia at our friend's place and the recipe was so simple and delicious:
Marinate (anywhere from 10-20 minutes) your filets in lemon juice with a little olive oil and lots of garlic. Heat your pan, throw them in and add some cumin and a little pepper on top. Turn over and let it 'crust' for a few more minutes. Serve with basmati rice and a touch of parsley or any type of veggie you prefer.

Hmm..it won't let me edit my posts for some reason. Anyone got any recipes for Haddock at all? Never tried it before but it's omega 3 content is really high!0
