Can't believe it-- scale's already moving!!

I planned to only weigh myself once a week on Fridays, but I've been really killing at the gym lately, and doing really well with avoiding my "trigger" foods, so decided to do a 5-days-in weigh in. I weighed in on Friday post-workout, pre food at 134.5....today 127.0!!

I know most of it is water weight, but it's still nice to see that you can see results quickly if you REALLY put effort in to it. I was feeling really discouraged last week, but I'm now confident I can get to that goal weight even sooner!
