The biggest kick in the rear I have ever received towards making a permanent change. More like a kick in the stomach. Stared death right in the face with the Doc going over these results:

I am sure you have heard this before. But the only foods which provide your body cholesterol are those derived from animals. If you cut out a large majority of animal foods your cholesterol would drop dramatically and quickly. Good Luck and Good Health to you!!0

I got bloodwork back in September and for the first time ever my cholesterol was in the high range. My doctor told me if I didn't get things under control, I would need to be on meds for it. And that has been my biggest motivator. Something just clicked when I saw those results. I've been using MFP since October and am down 23.5 pounds so far! Good luck - you can do it!0
