Getting rid of belly fat...

I need advice on the best foods to eat and exercises for eliminating belly fat.

(Regarding food, I am also diabetic so I have to be careful of carbs and sugar.) :)

    There's nothing that will specifically target belly fat. You can do ab exercises, but that will only tone the muscles. It will make your belly look a little smaller, but it won't burn that specific area of fat.

    Mine shrunk quite a bit after dropping wheat, you can still get your carbs from healthy sources like veg and brown rice.

    Try replacing bread with gluten free bread for a month and drop wheat based cereals and pasta if you eat them and see if tummy shrinks any more. Pilates has lots of core exercises for tummy muscles.
