I would love ideas too. I finally found a store that sells really good gluten free bread, but I only have it on rare occasions cause of the calories. Everyday I have pb on my rice cakes. I sometimes have bbq shredded chicken on them, I have had egg salad on them, I have also had laughing cow cheese, with an egg and thin deli slice of ham (sometimes I add shredded lettuce to this as well.)

    Peanut butter

Generally I get the flavored ones.

I have a dumb question. Are rice cakes gluten free? I looked at the Quaker ones and I did not see the Gluten Free wording or symbols, so I did not get them.

I spread peanut butter on mine with granola sprinkled over it. Flavored low-fat cream cheeses are tasty too!
  • I love all the different ideas. I was also wondering the same thing. I'm excited to try my rice cakes now with some of these ideas. :)
  • In response to the gluten question:

The Quaker brand Rice Cakes are starting to put gluten-free on their packaging now. I have gluten intolerance and I eat Quaker Rice Cakes and have no problems. But the store I shop at has ones that do say Gluten-Free now.
