Hello to you all!
I'm 22 years old girl from Europe. I've always had some troubles with my weight, that is until a year or four ago. I am currently studying abroad and I miss my family, friends and boyfriend so much that I've started eating too much chocolate etc. Also, I don't walk as much as I do at home, where I have the lovely company of my dog. So unfortunately, I've put almost all the weight back on: 20 lbs.
I was home for the holidays, but I'd like to have my previous weight again. I know I can't lose the 20lbs in one month but I would be happy losing 6. So I joined MFP and I think it might be great to help me stay motivated.
I currently have an exercise goal to walk 4km each day. (I think that's around 2,7 miles?) Also I am -of course- eating fewer calories. When I get back in my country, I will start going to the gym with my best friend. This is the basic plan so far.
