I'm always looking for other Clydesdales (200lb.+) or Athenas (175+) who are runners or tri-athletes to add to my friends. I live on the West Coast, not that it matters. If you are dedicated and looking for someone to encourage and relate to let me know. I usually only run 5Ks or 1/2 marathons but will do first triathlon and marathon this summer.

Just seen your post when I did a search for 'Clydesdale'. My reason being, that I have just become non-Clydesdale for the first time in decades. Now I need to ramp up my running speed to take advantage of the lack of excess baggage. I live in Scotland, and we have a 'West Coast' - but I expect that's not the one you mean.0
