Hello, I am a christian and I hope to loss weight

I am back again and hoping to lose something this year, the whole of last year I kinda stayed the same, my clothes are not falling off me. So today I hit the gym at lunch time and ate well.

I am not weighing myself for the 5 months [my birthday] because when ever I realise I have lost any weight, I relax back to my old habits.

I read that you should not always weigh yourself, just try on the clothes you do not fit anymore maybe once every 4 weeks

I pray for consistency!
