I'm new here but not to attempting to lose weight. I lost about 45 pounds last year but gained about 20 of it back when I went off the "program" so I'm looking to make a life change instead of buying into a "program."

I know that eating 6 small meals a day does work for me so I am sure I will do that. I also know that logging works for me but I can't fuss with paper logs so I needed something that can travel on my phone. I logged yesterday and it scared me straight. I'm going to be a good girl from now on.
