New to the Forum...About 20 lbs. to lose!

Hi everyone :). I am a 26 year old woman looking to lose about 20 lbs. and some inches! I have been logging into My Fitness Pal between November and December for a few weeks to get an idea of what I have been eating and how to improve my nutrition plan.

I am not new to exercise but I am starting a new Program Slim In Six and plan on following Michi's ladder for nutrition as well as 12-1400 calories daily for a goal...Moderate Carb, Moderate fat, higher protein.

I'd love to meet new people for friends, support, and accountability partners! Strength in numbers!
