I know I've seen this post before but i tried looking for it and couldn't find it. My question is::: What do we log the 30 DS under for our exercise? Under aerobic or ??????

I've been reading other posts about this and people are saying to log it under " Circuit Training - General"
I'll be starting the 30ds sometime this week when my copy arrives!:bigsmile:0 -
