Figuring out claories burned doing strength trainging, Yoga,

So last night I finsihed work and got home by 12:15 and got myself up @ 0800 and to the gym for 0900 and worked out for an hour. I did a half hour of a class called awesome abs, that is all diffrent types of crunches using a ball and better backs which is a simular workout using a ball. Last to meet my challenge groups challenge today, I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes.

QUESTION: I understand these are strength and endurance classes but I MUST be burning some calories when I am doing these, any idea how to figure that out? Any suggestions? I am suppose to be burning 1521 calories a week and will be doing this class once a week.

ALSO My plan was to do an hour of bodyflow (yoga,tai chi, pilates) class 4 days a week and a half hour of treadmill or eleptical BUT how do I figure out the calroies for that?

My fellow wise workouters, please help me!
