I just went over to fat secret and entered the same info to see what my caloric intake for the day should be. My fitness pal says 1570 and Fat Secret says 1800. What the? How do I know what is right? So confused. Help!

I don't know anything about Fatsecret, but MFP automatically calculates your deficit for you, based on the goals you entered. Ie: If you selected to lose 1 pound a week, MFP will deduct 500 calories from your estimated total daily burn (without exercise). 500 less calories per day x 7 days a week = 3500 calories = 1 pound of loss for that week.
If you exercise in addition to this, MFP adds back those calories to keep you right at the necessary deficit to reach your 1 pound per week goal, which is desirable in order to continue such a plan for long periods of time.
MFP will not give you a calorie goal below 1200 per day as that is considered to be the minimum necessary to be eaten in order to meet nutritional requirements.0
