Beach body customer service (rant)

Ugh I'm so upset with their customer service. Before I returned the product I had order I called 3 times. To change my debit card knee because my old one had been stolen & they reassured me that it wa fine & that my refund would go to my new card. Well I sent of the packaged they recieved it but yet I still haven't received my refund. So when I called today all of a sudden they're telling me that my refund could only go to my old card which totally pissed me off because I had spoke to 3 other people before & they said it didn't matter. So now I'm really upset over this because I don't have that card anymore. They claimed someone would call me in 1-2 days & if they don't they're gonna have some problems on their hands because you don't mess with someone's hard earned money.

    I'd call back and insist on speaking to a manager. Right then, not in a day or two when they got around to it. I'd also see if they have a facebook page and post your issue there.
