Recipes for great dressings needed

One of my New Years Goals is to make my own dressings from scratch. I love ranch dressing, but even the light ranch or FF have so many added things that I don't want to eat. I have a great ranch dressing recipe that I made for my family at Christmas, but now I am on the hunt for other dressings. I hate sweet dressings so raspberry vinegarette and honey mustard do not appeal to me in the least. Anyone got some great dressing recipes that you would like to share?
