hello all i try to exercise most days for atleast 30 mins which according to my hrm give me over 400 calories burn and when i do a 45 minute workout somewhere over 500 calories. but sometimes i feel like ive not done enough like this morning i got up at half past seven for a early work out did 30 minutes burnt 436 according to hrm hardly broke a sweat and didnt feel the burn how do you know when your doing enough??

further note i think im pondering whether my hrm is working properly or that im ust getting fitter ive ask my partner for his hrm which he will adjust for me to see if i get a similar burn0
