Weight loss without loosing your Chest

is there a way or a plan, to lose weight everywhere else but your chest, in your boobs, i know that once you start losing weight you lose your boobs because they are fat, but is there a way to curve that? Any suggestions? BTW, my weight has been fluxuating a lot latley is there anyway to stop that? Ive been dieting and working out any tips???

Yep. ^^ this is about all you can do. The rest is left to genetics.0 -
There are breast enhancement supplements out there on the market. They tend to contain ingredients which are often also recommended for breastfeeding mothers to help encourage milk production. Including, but possibly not limited to:
fenugreek
fennel
dong quai
blessed thistle
dandelion
kelp
watercress
saw palmetto
red clover
wild yam
You can find those pre-formulated supplements online and in stores, or alternatively you can buy the individual ingredients.
I took fenugreek and fennel way back when I was very skinny and wanted a little extra lift (I researched these breast enhancement supplements and chose a couple of ingredients that they all seemed to have in common, bought the ingredients at the drugstore and took the recommended amount each day) - I gained about a cup size (from a small 34D to a full 34DD - while losing weight). And after I stopped taking the supplements, the girls stayed that way. Now that I've breastfed for a total of 3 years and lost over 30 lbs, I'm thinking I might try taking a few of the supplements again to see if it helps fill out the girls a little more again. It seemed to do some good last time, so I may try again and see what happens.0 -
I've lost about 2 stone, and only about 1/2 a cup size (I was slightly bursting out of my 32FFs, but not quite big enough for a 32G, and now my 32FFs are comfortable) - there's really no telling where you're going to lose the most weight. I've really slimmed down in the legs and arms, and lost a decent amount off my belly and hips, but my chest hasn't been majorly affected.
I agree that chest exercises are useful though, and it is incredibly important to wear bras that are the right size, especially if you're on the larger side. Even when you've lost all the weight you want to, your breasts will look better if they're well-supported from the outside and the inside.0 -
