Getting ripped

:smile: Just joining, I recovered from surgery 3 yrs ago, was about 110 kg with muscle tone of a gummi bear. Started exercise and began to tone up. When I had stable living arrangements I got more into my weight routine and improved my diet,now I have been training (4 - 5 day weights,1 -2 days cardio) and am 86.4 kg. Like all guys, I want to see my abs! So I started taking this seriously and tracking nutrients. I am already amazed at the results. With this fine tuning I know I will get there in a matter of weeks. Will post photos later for before and after. Gotta go now time or the gym!

    Good luck! The hardest part is sticking to it! That's my downfall, I always start off great and then start to procrastinate... what's your secret to staying motivated?
