This snack is perfect for the kids too—try turkey instead of ham if you prefer.

Makes 1 serving

ACTIVE TIME: 5 minutes

TOTAL TIME: 5 minutes

EASE OF PREPARATION: Easy

1 tablespoon reduced-fat cream cheese
2 slices reduced-sodium deli ham
1/2 cup red bell pepper slices

Spread cream cheese on ham slices, top with bell pepper and roll.

NUTRITION INFORMATION: Per serving: 100 calories; 5 g fat (2 g sat, 2 g mono); 24 mg cholesterol; 6 g carbohydrate; 8 g protein; 1 g fiber; 317 mg sodium; 284 mg potassium.
