One cup, via U.S. measurements, is eight fluid ounces.
The English cup [UK] is ten fluid ounces.

Ok....I feel like a dork. In reading this thread I realized that I have been counting my bottles of water as one serving. So I guess in my brain.....20oz = 1 serving....LOL.
And to think I was fining it difficult to finish 8 a day....LOL.0
