Reset my ticker! FRESH START

OK, So I confess I'm NOT NEW...but I'm resetting my ticker and starting over with a new fresh start...about ten weeks till my 15K race and about 14 weeks till my half marathon:)

IF You wanna FRESH start or are new and would like some encouragement then please ADD ME...I'm mostly into running. But also want to get back into weight lifting...I have also joined a rec-soccer team to get some extra motivation!

YES I WANT to LOSE weight but I also wanna JUST BE HEALTHIER :))) I love listening to music when I work out if you have some good suggestions please let me know...

also on that note... http://www.runhundred.com/ is a great website that sends you new workout songs every week, YES you have to give your e-mail but it's free and I enjoy it! :)

*Goal* - lose 15 pounds:)

One last thing I'd love to join a group to lose weight together challenge. So keep that in mind too!!!
