Postcard Challenge - Round 43

Options
This is a fun and simple challenge:

Enter your starting weight by Friday, January 6th. Then we will all work really hard to eat right and exercise.

THEN... 2 weeks later, on Friday, January 20th, everyone checks back in with their new and improved weight. The person who has the biggest weight loss gets a postcard from Saratoga Springs, UT!!!

Then the winner will also host the next round!!

    Actually thats probably a challenge in its own right. Finding somewhere that sells a postcard of Swindon lol.

    Okay, I'm officially in this challenge. Weighed in this morning at 182.5lbs. I'd love to lose 7lbs, which would take me back to my lowest weight on MFP, but I'd be happy to be under 180!!!!!!

    I'm planning to do more exercise and keep an eye on my food intake!!!!

    Weighed in this morning at 180.1 lbs

    Which is weird as that is up from Last Sunday and I have been good all week and hit the pool.

    BF% went down by 1.1% so I can only assume its the muscle growth from the hour I spent in the pool on Tuesday.

    Hitting the gym tonight and then pool every Monday and Gym every Thursday so will be good to see what results I get over the next 2 weeks.

    Overall target is BF% of 15% and to loose 28lbs. But we will see how they go together. Want to do it by May if I can

    This is up about 1.5 pounds. But I can feel some swelling in my legs so I'm hoping it's all water weight!!!

    Halfway there and I've lost 4lbs!!!!!! Am half-heartedly following the Harcombe Diet (think it's a British thing, I'm a Brit), similar to Atkins but not as strict and based a little bit on food intolerance/cravings. I'm only following the advice for my breakfast and lunch but when I get my head round it, I'm going to try it fully.
