Need some workout change help!

I've met my goal weight...I'm looking for good workout routines to tone, build some muscle without losing any more weight.....Any tips for how I should change my diet and cardio??

I'm at about 1800-2000 calories a day and I work out about 3-4 times a week...Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
