JoJo’s Party Mix
Our more sophisticated version of crunchy party mix gets its irresistible, rich taste from olive oil and a bit of Parmesan cheese rather than the better part of a stick of butter, or worse, margarine. With two-thirds less fat (none of it saturated) you can forget about that other stuff.

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Thanks Jo for sharing this... beats the regular chex mix recipe where you dump in like 8 T. of margine ? I actually have 3 boxes of chex mix in the cupboards waiting to be done up:blushing:....planned to share it for new years in bags to gift...but never got it done.
I like the idea much better of using EVO..
