Hiya

Is anyone doing Diet Chef? I just started yesterday, feeling ok on it and food is lovely but the evenings is when I struggle. If anyone wants support be nice to here from you and we can help each other.

  • hiya charlotte, i just started today and ive been really happy so far. the food today was great and i feel really satisfied and not hungry.

    Hi, I'm on day 4. Going well, I'm not too hungry, but am peckish. Try veg snacks like carrots, peppers or tomatoes, or ryvita! And drink plenty of water. I've also been drinking fruit tea which stays off feeling hungry a bit. Good luck!
