Hi,
I decided to start here after looking through a lot of other online programs and after giving up on Weight Watchers. I have about 75-80 pounds to lose.
I registered here over a year ago but didn't really use the site. My SIL is here too so that should make it fun!
I was confused about something.
All the other programs (Lose It, myplate, some other one I can't remember) gave me a variety of calories to have a week depending on how much I had to lose and how much exercise I would get. All I'm getting here is 1200. Is that normal? Is it going to be the same amount of calories despite how much i weight?

Hi Aleks,
I've got about 84lbs to loose to be my goal weight, and I have been allocated 1330 a Day, seems low to me too but it seems to be working so far!

Did you put in your setting if you want to lose 1/2lb a week 0r more lbs a week I t is different for whatever lbs you want to lose a week then excercise calories are added on as you log your excercise.0

I was putting in that I wanted to lose 2 pounds. When I switched it to 1 1/2 it gave me 1250. I'm only 5"3 and while I love to workout my back issues really affect my ability to do so so i have to start really slowly and work up to a decent workout.0
