Hi , I am Rhonda and I am new to fitnesspal. I am looking forward to a new chapter in my life, and that is getting fit and staying fit this time. See I am a yo-yo dieter, I can lose weight, but I have never figured out how to keep it off. In 2009 I started losing weight and by the end of 2010 I had lost 50 pounds. Here it is Jan. 2012 and I have gained it all back again. If you are like me or if you have battled this and have over come the yo-yo dieter, disease, I would love to have you as a friend, maybe you can encourage me or we can encourage each other.

Hi Rhonda, welcome.. hopefully you will find all the help and support you need on here, it does get addictive but definately so much support network.

I manage my weight normally but have never quite hit my overall goal and like youselve i then lose interest and creep up. This time i am determined to do it, I have recently had twin boys which completes our family so now want to work on me and aim to be a fit and healthy mum, and a happy wife and FINALLY hit that ideal weight.

Feel free to add me as a friend I am happy to add support and the more friends the merrier!! x

Hello, Rhonda, I am always gaining and losing the same 10 lbs or so. But there's something different using MFP. I actually see how many calories I consume, or close to it and it was frightening. Now I'm more aware. Please add me for a friend.
